Set over five floors, Roden House has a variety of workshops available – choose between managed units or self-contained units. Ground floor workshops benefit from roller-shutter doors, with lift access to workshops on all other floors.

We have simple one-page licence agreements for short-term rentals or leases for longer-term rentals. Signing up is quick and easy – and all our terms are transparent.

Move in
You could be set up and ready to go within an hour. Our dedicated centre managers are on hand to support you during and after moving in.
